Do I need to be fit before I start CrossFit?

Not at all. CrossFit is designed for all fitness levels, and every workout can be adapted to suit you. Whether you’re new to exercise or already active, our coaches will tailor movements so you can train safely and progress at your own pace.

What exactly is CrossFit?

CrossFit combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements – think lifting, jumping, pushing, pulling, running, and rowing. The workouts are varied, challenging, and designed to improve how you move in everyday life. It’s about becoming fitter, stronger, and more resilient – both inside and outside the gym.

Do I have to compete?

No. While some members enjoy entering competitions, many simply train for fitness, health, and enjoyment. CrossFit is about personal progress – challenging yourself, celebrating small wins, and moving better every day. The only person you’ll ever really compete with here is yourself.
