CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and functional movements to build strength, endurance, and overall athleticism

HYBRID combines functional strength, endurance, and high-intensity interval training, featuring a mix of running and functional fitness designed to challenge both power and stamina.

Little & Lifts is a mum and baby CrossFit class. Designed for mums to build strength and fitness while bonding with their babies through safe exercises & interactive movements. A place for new mums to connect with each other.

CLASS structure & Memberships

  • Unlimited membership gives you full access to all classes and open gym throughout the week.

  • This membership gives you access to 10 coached session per month.

  • This membership allows you access to 1 coached session or 1 open gym session.
